All prices for Travel To tours and packages are listed in GBP (British Pounds) for customers in the United Kingdom. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

Travel To offers seasonal discounts, special promotions, and flash sales throughout the year. These offers are valid only for the specified period and may come with certain conditions attached. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery (For Physical Tickets/Documents)
Shipping Areas:
Currently, we offer nationwide shipping within the United Kingdom for physical tickets or documents related to your booking. We do not offer international shipping for physical items at this time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the booking documents and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery Timeframe:
Standard Delivery: Typically 2-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for rural areas.
Expedited Delivery: If you require faster delivery, we offer an expedited shipping option with a delivery time of 1-3 business days.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your booking within 48 hours of confirming the tour without any penalty. After 48 hours, cancellation fees will apply depending on the time remaining before the departure date.
Refunds:
If Travel To cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel restrictions, safety concerns), we will provide a full refund or an alternative tour date. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services, such as non-refundable deposits or special promotions, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the terms of your specific booking.
Changing a Booking:
If you need to change your booking, please contact us at least 7 days before the departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to additional fees or availability.
