1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB cards. Payments made with credit or debit cards are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.

  • Bank Transfers: For larger bookings or specific requests, we accept bank transfers. You will receive the necessary details to complete the payment once the booking is confirmed. Please note that bank transfer payments may take longer to process.

  • E-wallets: We accept various e-wallets such as PayPal, Momo, ZaloPay, and other popular digital wallets. Payments made using e-wallets are processed securely and immediately.

2. Payment Timing

  • Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online reservations. Once the payment is processed and confirmed, your booking will be confirmed and processed accordingly.

  • Deposit Option: For specific tours or special requests, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The balance of the payment must be settled before the tour departure date. Details about deposit amounts and the balance due will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Payment Confirmation: After completing your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email with your booking details, including your order number, tour details, and receipt. This confirmation serves as proof of payment.

3. Currency

Payments for bookings on the Travel To website are processed in GBP (British Pounds) for customers in the United Kingdom and VND (Vietnamese Dong) for customers in Vietnam. The currency for your booking will depend on the country you are booking from.

  • For UK customers, the payment will be processed in GBP.

  • For Vietnamese customers, the payment will be processed in VND.

4. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously at Travel To. To ensure your payment information is protected, we use SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) and work with trusted payment processors that comply with PCI-DSS standards to securely handle all payment transactions.

Payment gateways like PayPal and Momo use advanced encryption techniques to protect your personal and financial information. Your payment details are not stored by Travel To and are securely transmitted directly to the payment processor.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an invoice and receipt for your booking. These will be sent to the email address you provide during the booking process. You may use these documents for accounting or reimbursement purposes.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy. In the event of a cancellation or modification to your booking, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

7. Taxes and Fees

All prices on the website include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Any additional taxes or charges required by local authorities will be added to the final payment amount at checkout.
